I started with an HR conversation, and after that the process moved through meetings with the hiring manager, then the team lead, and finally conversations with employees.

The whole journey was structured like a chain of check-ins—each round focused on the next layer of stakeholders, from recruitment to team-level alignment.

The experience felt orderly and sequential, more like walking through a defined internal process than jumping between unrelated steps. I didn’t experience anything chaotic or improvised; it was simply a steady progression across different people who were all evaluating different parts of the fit.
