Fremont, CAPosted Apr 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview centered on deep, project-grounded technical discussion rather than coding.

In my session, we dug into ISO 15118 and NACS validation in detail, and the interviewer pushed hard on technical fundamentals.

A big part of the conversation focused on ASIL D requirements and the physics behind pre-charge circuits. There wasn’t any coding required for my specific slot; the technical discussion took the full time and left no room for hands-on problem solving.

It was challenging but fair, and I felt like I was being tested on whether I truly understood the underlying high-voltage concepts. I didn’t get an offer, but the experience felt like a serious technical deep dive.
