The process began with a recruiter screening call where we reviewed my background and fit, and then I went into a Teams technical screen that was tightly linked to manufacturing processes and process knowledge.

After that, there was a panel interview where I presented a project I’d worked on and had to be technical about it.

From there, I had a set of back-to-back individual interviews with several interviewers, with multiple hours of conversations grouped by expertise. I got the sense it could stretch out over several weeks depending on scheduling, and the overall structure was designed to keep building technical detail.
