Tesla Software Engineer interview experience

After the HR step, the interview itself leaned into questions mostly tied to what was on my resume—what I’d worked on and how I could talk through it.

It didn’t feel heavily technical in the way some loops do; it skewed more behavioral, with most questions centered on my behavior and those projects. The tone made it feel approachable, and it stayed straightforward rather than turning into a grilling.
