I did an in-person interview at Tesla in San Francisco that lasted through four rounds with multiple interviewers.

The format was compact but varied because I was meeting different people back to back.

During the conversations, the focus stayed on understanding the work itself and what areas they were going to emphasize. It felt like a structured panel-style approach where each interviewer contributed their own angle.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but I appreciated how direct the process was about spending time on the role and forward-looking priorities.
