I started with a phone screening that covered the role, the team, and what the interview stages would look like.

After that, I had a follow-up remote interview with a team member.

That second call went deeper into the technical aspects and what they expected from the role day to day. It felt like the process was designed to move from alignment to specifics, and the technical conversation stayed connected to real expectations rather than generic topics.

The difficulty felt average overall, and the experience was pretty straightforward. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the process itself felt focused and coherent, with the technical portion clearly tied to the job.
