Teradata Customer Success Engineer interview experience

The first part focused on soft skills, handled by two people, and the second part shifted toward technical knowledge with another pair interviewing.

The whole thing felt more like a structured conversation than a stressful interrogation. Since the format had a clear split between behavioral and technical assessment, I knew what kind of questions to expect in each half.

I didn’t receive an offer afterward, but the experience stayed straightforward because the expectations were organized—soft skills first, then technical depth.
