This one was frustrating from the start.

I was contacted by email to set up a recruiter phone call, and we agreed on timing. The call never happened—no one showed up—so I waited for about an hour and then followed up by email.

After that, I never received a response. It wasn’t just that the process took time; it was that the communication broke down entirely, and I ended up burning time for something that felt unprofessional.

By the end, there wasn’t any interview to evaluate me—just silence. I left the process feeling uneasy and annoyed, because even a quick explanation would’ve been better than being left hanging.
