I went through a recruiter-centered flow that kicked off with contact from a recruiter, followed by a recruiter presentation of the offer and the studio.

Then the process moved into two technical interviews, and finally into a more general HR conversation that covered topics like relocation.

Even without getting into the exact coding prompts in detail, the pacing and structure stuck with me: it was clearly staged, and it felt like they were trying to evaluate both technical fit and logistics in separate steps. The overall experience felt organized enough that the waiting didn’t feel random.

At the end, I didn’t get an offer, but I appreciated that the interviews were broken into understandable chunks instead of one long blob of uncertainty.
