Chelmsford, EnglandPosted May 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The hiring and interview process felt very thorough and professional, and it didn’t stop at just “interviewing.” It carried into a final negotiation of terms and conditions of employment, and the whole sequence included multiple assessments.

I went through a reduced Myers-Briggs-style personality test, and then I had IQ and specific technical knowledge examinations.

The difficulty was marked as difficult, and the experience lived up to that label—the testing portion made it clear they were measuring both cognitive ability and concrete technical knowledge, not just communication or resume fit. I didn’t receive an offer, and what lingered for me was the intensity of how formal and evaluation-heavy the process was from start to finish.
