Tekion Software Engineer interview experience

The first part was fine enough to continue, but the second round felt completely different.

In the later interview, the interviewer seemed unprepared and not professional at all, as if the session was a burden they had to complete. The tone and engagement made it hard to take the conversation seriously, and it didn’t feel like a real evaluation.

I finished the process with the worst impression of any interview I’d had—more discouraging than challenging—and it left me with no confidence in how the decision would be made.
