JP NAGAR 2ND PHASEPosted Feb 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My schedule started through a consulting agency, and the first technical discussion went well with positive feedback.

After that, I had to wait while things got arranged, and I was told there would be a later Zoom interview.

Instead of a follow-up, I ended up waiting for weeks and then was told my profile had been put on hold. It felt like there wasn’t much professionalism around the coordination, and the communication didn’t explain what changed or why.

By the end, it just turned into wasted time. I never felt like the process was truly moving with any clear intent, and that left a strong negative impression.
