Tech(x) Software Engineer interview experience

They gave me seven days to complete it, and the work felt manageable—about an hour or so. It didn’t come with the kind of huge time commitment that makes you rearrange everything.

I stayed in the waiting phase afterward. They didn’t respond right away; it took a few weeks before they came back with a decision about whether they wanted to continue with more interviews.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. The biggest takeaway was that the assessment itself wasn’t overly burdensome, but the response timing was slow enough that it made the process feel drawn out.
