My interview journey started with a fairly structured set of stages: there was a test, then a group discussion, then a technical-and-HR sequence.

The test included both technical and non-technical questions, and I remember it feeling like a broad sweep of what they expected me to know rather than one narrow topic. The technical questions were described as medium level, and they pulled from areas tied to my academic and past work.

The group discussion had a topic given to me and other people, and I had to actively participate, discuss, and contribute rather than just listen. In my technical portion, the questions connected to subjects like welding and design, plus knowledge that reflected areas like my academic project. HR questions
