My process began with a phone call with HR, and then I moved into an interview with a manager.

It felt pretty straightforward overall, but the technical side demanded real preparation—some of the questions were described (and felt) as advanced enough that I had to be careful and thorough.

I also had a technical screen that leaned more conversational than I expected. The focus was on my basic understanding of engineering principles and how I reasoned through problems, plus more job-specific technical questioning. English fluency came up as important for how I explained my thought process, and I noticed that once I stayed clear and structured, the discussion flowed better.
