I ended up going through a longer, multi-step hiring loop.

I started with an offline aptitude and essay round, then moved into an offline psychometric and coding round. After that came a communication round online, followed by a technical interview and then an HR round.

Across the rounds, the overall feel was fairly measured: the early steps were about filtering and communication, and the later ones became more focused on whether I could handle the technical depth they expected. What made it stand out was how structured the day(s) felt—aptitude, psychometric/coding, then communication, and finally the technical and HR parts.

I didn’t get an offer.
