I had an on-campus hiring experience that moved quickly at first and felt easy overall.

The rounds were simple in the way they were organized: aptitude, then coding, then a technical round, and finally an HR round.

I got selected, which made the process feel successful, but the part that bothered me was the wait afterward. Even after 1.5 years, I still hadn’t received the offer letter. It really felt like the process just stalled after the interviews.

The interviews themselves didn’t give me trouble, and I was satisfied with how smoothly they went. The lack of any follow-through on the offer letter ended up overshadowing everything.
