Tech Mahindra Software Engineer interview experience

The interviewers were friendly and made me comfortable, and the questions were framed in a fair way around my technical knowledge and problem-solving.

The process felt well-structured and not overly hard to crack. The questions weren’t presented as trick questions; they were more focused on whether I had a clear understanding of basic concepts paired with decent communication.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but I walked away feeling like I’d learned from it. The part I appreciated most was that it didn’t feel hostile or chaotic—it felt like a real evaluation rather than a stress test.
