My first real step was a scheduled one-hour call on Microsoft Teams, and it included a shadow interviewer observing the conversation.

It ended up being the only phone round, and it was mostly technical plus behavioral—no coding at all.

The technical portion focused on Java and Spring. I answered basic questions around those topics, and then we shifted into behavioral questions. The whole thing felt relatively straightforward in terms of content, but what stood out was how little closure I got afterward; I didn’t receive any reply from the hiring team, which made the experience feel unprofessional.

I didn’t get an offer. Even though the interview itself wasn’t overly difficult, the lack of follow-up left a sour feeling
