Tavant Software Engineer interview experience

That test covered aptitude, verbal, and technical basics like OS, CN, DBMS, and OOPS, and it also included two coding questions. Only a small number of students were selected to move forward after that.

From there, I had two technical interviews and then an HR round. Even though it was on-site and competitive, the structure felt clear and timed around selection milestones—after the final stage, a small group was picked. I didn’t end up getting an offer from Tavant, but the process felt like a typical campus selection pipeline with a straightforward progression and clear gating.
