TATA ELXSI Software Engineer interview experience

I went through a campus interview where most questions leaned heavily technical, and that surprise me less over time because it was mostly electronics-focused.

The HR round felt straightforward and relatively easy.

The process ended with an offer being given immediately in the HR round, but the joining process wasn’t smooth or fast. Paperwork took weeks to process, and the offer-to-joining timeline stretched out more than I expected.

Walking away from the technical parts, I felt like I’d learned a lot even if the steps weren’t polished from an administrative standpoint. The biggest reflection for me was that even when the interview phase went well, the overall experience depended on how quickly the company handled onboarding logistics.
