TATA ELXSI Software Engineer interview experience

It focused heavily on a presentation-related setup and on how the information was communicated rather than on deep technical problem-solving. The flow included a pre-talk style introduction moment and then a technical discussion tied to the themes of the work I was associated with.

Because the focus was more about the presentation context and basic involvement, it didn’t feel like a difficult evaluation. I left with the sense that the process was geared to assess general communication and willingness to participate, and not to push through challenging coding questions.
