After the first two rounds went well, I didn’t hear anything for a while.

There was a period where it felt like results weren’t coming through at all—either for whether I qualified or not. If someone didn’t make it, I understood that they would still notify them, supposedly to help them correct what went wrong.

Even though I couldn’t get a clear sense of progress beyond those early rounds, the overall experience felt more like waiting than interviewing. I didn’t receive an offer, and the main reflection I kept was how uncertain the gap was after the initial success, which made it hard to read where I truly stood.
