Tata Consultancy Services (North America) Software Engineer interview experience

The first two were technical, and the last was HR. The first technical round felt easy, with simple questions, and the second technical round was a step up—clearly a bit more difficult than the first.

After that technical push, the HR round was the final stage. The overall process didn’t feel disorganized; it followed a clear ramp-up in difficulty and ended with the expected fit-focused conversation. I walked out feeling like they wanted to see whether I could handle increasing complexity, but I didn’t receive an offer.
