Tata Consultancy Services (North America) Systems Engineer interview experience

Each round lasted about an hour, so it felt like a real sequence rather than a single quick screening.

The overall journey was fairly balanced across different types of evaluation—enough technical to test my understanding, enough behavioral to gauge how I communicated, and a phone stage as part of the flow. I ended up with an offer, and the main thing I noticed was how consistent the structure was across rounds, which made it easier to stay focused on answering each part rather than getting surprised by a totally different format halfway through.
