Tata Consultancy Services (North America) Systems Engineer interview experience

I was asked about daily responsibilities and what I’d done in that role, and then the conversation shifted to practical troubleshooting—what issues I faced and how I resolved them. It wasn’t framed as tricky puzzle questions; it was more about showing I understood operational realities.

Because the topics were so role-specific, I felt prepared to explain my experience clearly. The interviewers’ tone was professional, and the whole discussion stayed grounded in my actual work rather than abstract theory. I left feeling like the evaluation matched the job itself, and I received an offer.
