Most of my interviews were face-to-face.

After a staffing company introduced me, an IDC manager interviewed me with a very basic set of questions.

The topics were centered on networking and other common workplace tools and frameworks like ITIL and MS Office. The process felt like it rewarded having fair knowledge of those areas, and it didn’t seem to require anything overly specialized.

I didn’t get an offer. Still, the experience felt approachable overall, even though it was also clear the process expected me to be comfortable with the basics beyond pure technical depth.
