My interview was very fast and came directly from an assistant manager.

It was only a single round that took about half an hour.

They asked a few technical questions, but a lot of the conversation stayed general—mostly tied back to my resume. Near the end, it shifted to compensation discussion, and I was asked a salary question: how much I would take.

I didn’t get an offer. Even so, the whole experience felt simple and low-friction, and the time pressure was more about how quickly they wanted to wrap up than about intense technical grilling.
