My process had four rounds: an online test, then two technical interviews, and finally an HR round.

I ended up getting eliminated during the second technical stage.

The early rounds felt like filters leading toward deeper evaluation, and once I reached technical 2, it clearly became more competitive. The HR round came at the end of the journey, but I didn’t reach it, because I wasn’t able to clear the second technical interview.

Since I didn’t make it past technical 2, there was no further discussion with HR. My reflection was that the real push came later, and the second technical round was where the bar became sharply higher.
