I had a pretty abrupt experience: there was just a day’s notice before the interview, and there was no feedback afterward.

Even during the short session, it was hard to tell what they were really measuring.

The interview lasted about 30 minutes, and the questions focused on network technology and routing protocols. It wasn’t a long process, but it felt like it left me with more questions than answers because I couldn’t understand where I stood.

I didn’t get an offer. Looking back, what bothered me most was the lack of any feedback, since the questions were specific but the evaluation felt opaque.
