I went through a university recruiting process and was later called to their NJ office.

There were four rounds, and the content focused more on project descriptions and behavioral aspects.

At first it seemed like they were hiring for a technical position, but later the role shifted toward business analyst work. That made the process feel less like a straight software-technical evaluation and more like testing how I could discuss projects and how I fit a business-oriented role.

I didn’t receive an offer, but it was relatively easy to follow because the questions stayed centered on my past project work and how I talked about it.
