Tata Communications Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Easy

Negative

My process followed a typical pattern but felt rough in how it was run.

I started with an aptitude and technical aptitude section, then went through a GD. After that I had two technical interviews and an HR interview.

What really stuck with me was the way I perceived the fairness of the process. I left feeling like the outcomes didn’t reflect pure knowledge and effort, which made the whole experience feel unethical to me. I didn’t get an offer, and that negative impression came from the overall impression of who was being given chances during the selection.
