Taboola Account Executive interview experience

New York, NYPosted Feb 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process was heavy and multi-step, with a lot of questions and multiple interviews packed in tightly.

I had five interviews, each around 45 minutes, and I also had an additional home assignment and a final presentation. After the presentation, there was a 30-minute Q&A session, and then they added yet another interview afterward.

Even after going through all of that, I didn’t receive an offer, and I didn’t get feedback explaining why. That gap—finishing strong work and then having no real explanation—made the experience feel especially discouraging.

The overall structure was demanding, and the lack of closure was the part I couldn’t let go of.
