I had a phone screen with a group of current employees.

After that conversation, they told me they’d reconnect to talk about next steps.

But I never heard back. The plan they mentioned was supposed to include an onsite, including a whiteboarding technical session, yet the follow-up just didn’t happen.

The difficulty felt easy overall, but the lack of closure was the hardest part. I ended up with no offer, and it left me feeling like the process simply stalled after the first screen.
