My first steps were purely online: I completed competency questions, then numerical and verbal aptitude tests.

After that, there was a video interview and then a telephone interview. The whole flow was quick, and the time between stages felt very small.

What I remember most is how responsive they were operationally—after I finished each step, I heard back about a day later. That made the process feel efficient and tightly scheduled.

I didn’t get an offer, but the experience itself was orderly and fairly paced. The quick turnaround made it feel like they were moving fast, even though the final decision didn’t go in my direction.
