My interview process included a panel where HR and a principal engineer joined, and it combined a coding interview with me answering multiple coding questions under a tight one-hour constraint.

After that coding-focused panel round, I had a final conversation with senior members.

The hardest part for me was how compressed the coding portion was—three questions in an hour meant I had to keep moving and manage my time carefully the whole way through. The experience felt more intense than typical because it wasn’t just one problem to sink into.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. Even so, I came away with a pretty clear sense of what they valued: quick execution and the ability to work through coding questions while under pressure.
