London, EnglandPosted Feb 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through two rounds of video interviews focused mainly on Python programming.

The tasks were based on coder-pad, and I completed every question and passed all the unit tests with full success.

Even after that, I didn’t move forward. Two days later the agent told me they weren’t planning to proceed, and even when I asked multiple times, I didn’t get constructive feedback explaining why.

I didn’t get an offer, and the overall feeling was that the time had been wasted. Passing everything with 100% success and still hearing a quick dismissal without real explanation was hard to make sense of.
