My process was short and somewhat frustrating.

I had a 30-minute technical screening, and it was supposed to include at least two people on the call, but it ended up being just one interviewer.

After that, I received the standard Workday-style notice that they weren’t able to move forward. There wasn’t any follow-up or explanation beyond that, so I was left without a clear sense of what I could have done differently.

Overall the difficulty felt average up to that point, but the abrupt stop and the mismatch in the call setup made the whole thing feel anticlimactic, and I didn’t get an offer.
