I got contacted about an opening because the recruiter said my resume looked like a good match.

The process was set up as two steps: a phone interview followed by a face-to-face session.

At the in-person stage, I interviewed with a panel of four people. The questions felt straightforward, and the whole thing lasted about 45 minutes. After the interview wrapped, I waited and then heard back quickly—an offer came through about 48 hours later.

Even though it was a relatively simple format, the speed of the turnaround made the experience feel decisive. I ended up with an offer, and the overall journey felt well organized.
