T. Rowe Price Network Engineer interview experience

I met someone on the team itself, a first-level manager, and a senior manager.

The atmosphere was genuinely positive. They were all friendly, and the conversations flowed naturally rather than feeling like an interrogation. What I liked most was that after I answered their questions, I asked nearly as many of my own, and they responded thoroughly and honestly.

The difficulty felt easy, and the experience was actually enjoyable. I didn’t receive an offer, but I left feeling respected and like the process was thoughtful rather than performative.
