T. Rowe Price Software Engineer interview experience

Once it kicked off, the questions were mostly behavioral, along with a resume overview. I talked through one project I had built and focused on what I learned from it.

The session felt relatively straightforward compared to other processes I’d seen, with no mention of deep technical testing in the interview itself—at least from my perspective during that step. I didn’t receive an offer, and what stayed with me most was how much the process relied on my ability to explain past work and reflect on lessons learned rather than on hands-on problem solving.
