My process kicked off with applying online, and then I had to follow up to check on the application status if I didn’t hear back right away.

Once things moved, a store manager reached out to set up a phone interview, and from there it progressed into additional interviews that involved store leadership.

The way it felt was pretty practical and straightforward. I could tell they were trying to quickly confirm my fit for the role based on work experience and general readiness, and then they moved toward onboarding once that was established. The timeline was fairly quick, and once I was in the later steps, the interview conversations felt like they were aligned around what the job required day to day.
