T-Mobile Mobile Engineer interview experience

I was scheduled for an initial interview, and the plan kept changing—after the first round I was told there would be a second, and then that there would be a third.

What threw me off was how little communication I received between those steps. Eventually I got an automated email letting me know I didn’t get the position. Even though I was already performing similar work for my current employer, it still felt like the interview process mattered more than my skills, at least in how the timeline played out.
