My first contact with the company was an HR interview that felt unusually smooth.

It started in Portuguese, then switched to English, and the conversation had a friendly, low-drama tone.

We began with general talk—introducing myself a bit—and then moved into a short questionnaire focused on my competencies. The flow felt efficient and natural, and I didn’t feel like it was an interrogation.

Even though the HR part went well, I didn’t get an offer. The experience mostly left me with a sense that the early stage was communicative and respectful, but the process didn’t ultimately convert into a final match.
