Syngenta Software Engineer interview experience

We started with a short conversation about my background and the role, and then I was asked to complete a technical test focused on algorithmic questions in Java. The whole thing felt efficient—no long chain of meetings, just a direct look at how I handled coding and reasoning.

I ended up not moving forward, but the experience was still straightforward and easy to understand. There was less ambiguity about what they were evaluating: the conversation was brief, and then it came down to the technical test.
