I faced a harder, more engineering-deep process centered on Java and concurrency topics across an HR screen and multiple technical checkpoints.

HR interview — Asked questions about my resume and background.
Technical interview — Covered multi-thread programming, Spring Boot, and SQL operations, including solution-focused questions.
Scenario-heavy technical round — Java in depth with a scenario to solve using multiple threads.
Data/implementation depth — Included topics like HashMap vs concurrent maps, file handling, and high-volume data processing. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that I needed stronger depth in concurrency, collections, and performance-oriented Java.
