My experience had a couple of surprises around where the process would end.

I went through technical and group-style steps and then entered the later stages. I remember feeling like the interviews had gone well technically, and when I got to HR, it felt like everything suddenly shifted.

In my case, I cleared the written test and group discussion and then the technical interview, but the rejection happened unexpectedly at an HR interview. It didn’t match the momentum I felt from earlier rounds, and it left me more frustrated than disappointed—mostly because it seemed like the process didn’t fully align with how I expected the evaluation to be handled.
