Synechron Software Engineer interview experience

I went through the typical sequence of a test, then a group discussion, and then an HR round. After the final step, the company sent a mail about a week later, so it felt responsive and organized.

The rounds themselves didn’t feel overly intense, and the experience left me with a sense that the company had a good culture. I didn’t receive an offer, but I still remember it as a generally pleasant process rather than one that dragged or felt unfair.
