Synechron Cloud Engineer interview experience

After that, I had two more interviews with clients that were centered on validating my technical knowledge.

The overall structure felt like a funnel: first a baseline assessment, then a role-specific check, and finally client confirmation. The difficulty wasn’t described as extreme, but it did feel like I had to keep re-proving technical readiness at each stage.

I didn’t end up with an offer, and the experience stuck with me as fairly process-heavy. It felt like the job was being validated through multiple lenses rather than only one technical round.
