Manchester, MAPosted Aug 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience started with a recruiter outreach, and early on the conversation included a very practical constraint: travel requirements.

I agreed to interview after hearing the role was open to remote candidates, but the amount of travel was described only vaguely—somewhere between ten and twenty-five percent. The lack of clarity around travel ended up being the sticking point, even though the interview itself went well.

The technical side was challenging but still pleasant. I did a LeetCode-style question that took close to forty minutes, and the interviews also included discussion of the company, products, and roles. After that first round, I went into a second round that was split across two days with multiple interviews
